Notice To Students

The Prestige School of Real Estate is approved by the Georgia Real Estate Commission effective now until December 31, 2024. The course you are taking is approved for Pre-Licensing, and is a prerequisite for licensure as a salesperson or broker. Students wishing to attend a pre-license course must be at least 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or equivalent (GED).

No recruiting for employment opportunities for any real estate brokerage firm is allowed in this class or on the school premises from one hour prior to a class beginning until one hour after said class has dismissed. Report promptly any effort to recruit by anyone to Debbie Ryan or Rob Fletcher at (912) 748-8830 or the Georgia Real Estate Commission.

The instructor of-record will be Debbie Ryan.
