Post License Courses

The Prestige School of Real Estate is approved by the Georgia Real Estate Commission effective now until December 31, 2024. Any course you are taking is approved for Post-Licensing or Continuing Education (number of hours will vary, please see course description for more details). Post-licensing and Continuing Education courses are for licensed Real Estate Agents, and is not a prerequisite for licensure as a Salesperson or Broker.

No recruiting for employment opportunities for any real estate brokerage firm is allowed in this class or on the school premises from one hour prior to a class beginning until one hour after said class has dismissed. Report promptly any effort to recruit by anyone to Debbie Ryan or Rob Fletcher at (912) 748-8830 or the Georgia Real Estate Commission.

The instructor of-record will be Debbie Ryan.
