You will be provided a student workbook which should be completed through the procession of the course. At the end of the course, you will be given a short examination of the materials covered. The exam will be approximately 10-25 questions, and a score of 75% must be achieved in order for Continuing Education credit to be given.

Students must attend all class hours in order to receive credit for each course offered by the Prestige School of Real Estate. This means the student must arrive no later than 15 minutes prior to class beginning for registration, and remain present in class for 100% of the course.

Prestige School of Real Estate will not allow students missing an in-class course to make up that class except under the following conditions:

  1. Death in the immediate family (wife, child, parent (including in-laws) grandparent (including in-laws), grandchild or sibling (including in-laws)
  2. Serious illness with a physician’s note excusing the student because illness would not permit attendance or would endanger other students (this only pertains to the student, not family members)
  3. A serious injury with a physician’s note that disables the student, and renders them unable to attend the course (this only pertains to the student, not family members)

If one of the three cases above is met, the student may make up the course at the earliest convenience of the instructor, on a date decided upon by the student and instructor. The student shall pay no penalty, so long as one of the situations above is met. A second make-up of a course is not permitted. A student will forfeit his/her payment of the course if attendance requirements are not met, and the above listed cases aren’t the cause of absence.
